Specifically, InnoVision Technology tailor the human capital supplies to the needs of the customer to maximize the return and minimize the risk of IT investments. This approach is implemented through advising corporate and retail clients on the optimal utilization of skills quantities and varieties based on our knowledge of “who can do what, on which price, and at what time?”

InnoVision Technology follows two models for IT human capital including contract and project staffing. In contract staffing, we supply IT professionals for a third party to undertake specific functions during a specified time period based on an hourly rate. The supply of professionals in this model is governed by InnoVision Technology assessment of the needs of the client and the availability of the right professionals to guarantee the quality of the final product that the client aims at. In project staffing, on the other hand, InnoVision Technology supplies IT human capital based on projects needs for expertise while the costs are settled flexibly according to the agreements with the clients.

In order to assure the quality of the IT human capital supplied to clients, InnoVision Technology follows a Ten Stage Review (TSR) process that takes place both internationally and in house to ensure the quality and satisfaction of our clients for the professionals that we supply. TSR exceeds what traditional IT outsourcing companies provide by including some specific measures - others failed to provide - tailored for the needs of corporate Saudi Arabia and GCC.
